Alejandra Gil is a real estate and estate planning attorney with over 10 years of legal experience, who focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate administration matters.  Mrs. Gil’s experience consists of representing both businesses and/or individuals in matters relating to contract claims, real property matters, foreclosures, insurance coverage, title insurance, collection, landlord-tenant issues, and estate planning. 

Alejandra also assists clients, lenders and realtors with title analysis and clearing title in order to successfully and timely close real estate transactions.  Moreover, she represents clients in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, real estate papers, including commercial and residential leases, and sellers’ conveyance documents for residential and commercial transactions. 

Alejandra is fluent in English and Spanish and represents Latin American clients with U.S. real estate transactions.  She further provides litigation support in connection with tenant evictions, short sales, foreclosures and the disposition of real property assets.  Alejandra has successfully litigated claims involving contractual disputes, evictions, foreclosures, and probate disputes.
